Solidarity with the revolutionary process in Kurdistan! Abolish the ban of the PKK!

It is currently up to 21 years the Partîya Karkêren Kurdîstan (labor party of Kurdistan, PKK) is baned with a prohibition of activity in Germany. Therewith a political organization is forced into illegality which argues as the core of the Kurdish liberation movement for an emancipatory perspective in the middle east. This at least demonstrated the strongly dependent on the program and experiences from the PKK supported and impressing and radical- democratic achievements in kurdish – syrian Rojava as well as the fierce resistance of the city Kobane against the attacking of the ultra reactionary fundamental terror militia “Islamic State (IS). To the 16th anniversary of the hijacking and detention from Abdullah Öcalan in February 1999 – founder member, chairperson and most important theorist of the PKK who is since that time in Turkey under isolation detention – we in Kiel want to tie in with the manifold solidarity statements with the Kurdish liberation movement in the last months, go on the streets and demand unmistakably: the prohibition of the PKK has to collapse – straightaway!

The struggle for liberation is not terrorism: Repeal the interdiction of the PKK – the PKK off the EU List of Terror! Abolish §§ 129 and 129 a/b!

Freedom for Öcalan – Freedom for all political prisoners!

There is an alternative: Demokratic autonomy not imperialist destabilisation, authoritarian tyranny and fundamentalist barbarism!

Solidarity with the revolutionary progress in Kurdistan – fight for global emancipation!
